"Missing Middle (School): A Social Infrastructure Project for Portland" (2023)
My graduate thesis project is an argument for using infrastructural-scale architecture to address intersectional social issues by integrating a new middle school, social housing complex, and other community programs into a cohesive civic site centered on social wellness.  In doing so, it operates as a critique of contemporary architectural practices and our piecemeal approach to modern crises, understanding that both the collective and the individual are unique but equally necessary parts of the same whole.
"Spiraling into Control" (2020)
My undergraduate thesis project examines the relationship between school infrastructure, spaces of retreat, and student mental wellness, and provides a framework for new design ideas and new participatory processes to take root in the creation of contemporary learning spaces.
"Grounding" (2021)
My undergraduate portfolio serves as an examination of the various ways architectural ideas are integrally connected to site, issue, and self.
